5 Incredible Products a Woman Can Use to Feminize her Car
15 Aug 2018
Ladies, let’s be honest: not a lot of cars are made for us. You know what I mean. The overly aggressive male narrators with their deep gravelly voices in the ads, the wheels spinning out on some dirt road… I mean, it seems like the only time I ever see a fellow woman in a car advertisement is if she’s in a bikini draping herself over the guy who’s driving it!
And is it just me, or does that seem ridiculous? Especially when taking into account the fact that for the past several years, female drivers have actually outnumbered male drivers! But the auto-world doesn’t have to be a man’s if you won’t let it be. In this article, I’ll let you in on five of my favourite products that I use to feminize my car.
1: A Car Seat Headrest Neck Pillow
No, no, not the alt-rock band! Car seat headrests are good for more than just music, as it would turn out. You can also attach neck pillows to them!
This type of neck pillow will attach to your headrest and provide you with a whole lot of comfort you never realized that you needed. On a road trip and need to take a nap? Now it’s easy. Hit a pot-hole that should give you a sprained neck? Not anymore.
The reason these are great is that they both stabilize your neck and provide you with comfort. Personally, my favourite is this neck pillow by Tiger Car Systems. Check it out!
2: False 3d Eyelashes
Okay let’s be honest, these things are absolutely adorable! I love them most on cuter, smaller cars – think a Smart Car or a VW Bug, but these things can give that feminine edge to even the meanest monster truck.
If you’re vivacious and a little bit bubbly like myself, car eyelashes are a great way of giving that off to the outside world! You can find some of my favourites here.
3: A Seat Cover in Your Color of Choice
The problem with car interiors is that they’re just so… drab. Dull. Black, leathery, unfun messes of interior design. So why not spice it up a little?
One easy way to make your car feel more like you is to invest in a seat cover of your favourite colour. For me? Hot Pink Seat Covers all the way baby. You can find some here.
4: A Fun Key Chain
Taking a step outside of the car, let’s talk about key chains for a minute. You can absolutely make your keychain 100% adorable, and for some reason, nobody does! Whether you want something a little risqué or something cute as can be, there are tons of great options for keychain accoutrements.
My personal favourite is this lovable Fluffy Rabbit Ear Fur keychain by Tiger Car Systems. It’s cute, cuddly, and gives you a little bit of spunk no matter where you go. You can find it here.
5: A Rhinestone License Plate Frame
Okay, I’ll admit that this one’s not for the faint of heart. But nothing good ever really is, is it? A diamond-rhinestone glitter license plate frame may get you some attention, but only in the best of ways.
If you want to make your car pop, and you like showing people that you can be every bit the life of the party, snap one of these up and on. You can find my favourite license plate here.
Now listen, you may have noticed that I namedropped Tiger Car Systems a couple of times in this article. And that’s because they’re the best! These guys provide you with everything you could possibly need car-accessory wise. I’ve had only top-notch experiences shopping with them, and since I want you to have only the best, I don’t mind telling you about just how great they are. If you’re interested in car accessories, Tiger Car Systems is where it’s at! If you want to see their full range of wares, you can check out their website to find out more.
And there you have it, ladies! My top 5 recommendations to make your car a little more you. Do you have any suggestions? If so, feel free to let me know, I’d love to hear them!
